My heat went out in recent low temperatures. It was a very old furnace we knew would need to be replaced sooner rather than later. They provided and option for a fix that might have only been temporary. I opted to go ahead and have them install a new one. Pricing seemed fair but I didn’t do any shopping around. With three small children I needed heat back asap. They arrived quickly to access the system, a technician’s schedule had just thankfully opened up. They came the following morning to deconstruct the old and put in the new. I am happy with the service.

Today, Sunday, I woke to an electrical issue that affected my freezer/fridge. Worried I would lose everything in fridge, I contacted multiple companies, including one that has had lots of my business. $$ No one, except Clay, from Lexington Electrical & HVAC returned my call & was willing to come today & fix the problem. I appreciate his willingness to work & help on a Sunday. Yes, I had to pay a bit more but being without a functioning refrigerator would have cost more. 5 ⭐️

This was our first time using this company and they were great. Danny was our service tech and I can't say enough about his knowledge of the unit and professionalism. They have very reasonable pricing and we will definitely be calling them again.

Bryan is a fantastical electrician. He’s the best in the area there’s nobody else I would call. He wired an entire 6000 square-foot commercial building for me and wired my apartment. It was an amazing job and I would recommend him to anyone for any electrical services that they require in the Lexington area.

The techs that were sent could not have been any nicer. They gave me a quote and I was very pleased. They were very polite, efficient and very informative about the issue of the problem. This is the 3rd time I have used Lexington Electrical and I highly recommend them.

I called with an emergent concern on Saturday mid morning, and within hours Danny was present to assess the situation and provide a quote. By Monday morning, Andrew and Kevin came to replace my gas furnace. All technicians were kind, and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone in the Lexington area.

We had an ongoing electrical issue for about 1-2 months that we could not seem to resolve. Clay and Keontae showed up to diagnose the issue and had our problem fixed in no time! Both guys were very polite and friendly. They both seemed to be very knowledgeable as well considering how quickly they resolved our issue. I was very impressed with them. Thank you Clay and Keontae! Danny did a superb and timely repair on our heat pump, while his colleague totally fixed the issues with our furnace. Danny explained everything, made sure we were comfortable with the description of what had to be done, and completed the work very, very efficiently!! He is professional, courteous and excellent in his work! I would recommend him with no hesitation!!!

I was very pleased with the technician very professional. Took his time to look into my problem I was having with my furnace. I would recommend Lexington Electrical to anyone that's experiencing any kind of problems with your heating or air conditioning units. Known the owner for probably five six years great people.
